Laser Name Helper is EtchLab's sign-up and queue-management tool for in-person laser engraving events. By using it, you agree to the following.

What the app is for

The app helps an event organizer collect sign-ups from guests and organize them into a queue for engraving. It is provided as-is, for this specific purpose.

Your data, your account

All event data created through the app - sign-up sheets, forms, and the sign-up page itself - is created inside your own Google account and Google Drive. You control that data completely, including deleting it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details on what the app's Google permissions are used for.

No warranty

The app is provided without warranty of any kind. It is not guaranteed to be error-free or available at all times, and it is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or incorrect sign-up data, or for any issue with a third-party service (Google, xTool, or otherwise) that the app connects to.

Acceptable use

The app should not be used to collect information beyond what is needed to run an engraving event's sign-up queue, or in any way that violates Google's own terms of service for the Google account used to sign in.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time as the app changes.
